Systems Alliance Marine armor I made for Dragon*Con 2012. It's EVA foam.

The gun is by Project Triforce.

I made everything on the armor except for the hip pucks. Punished Props made those for me.

oh god... can't tell you how happy I am to finally found you on DA!! Only information I had was a pretty cool dancing robot vid on youtube from the dragon con 2012 with that bad ass and incredibly good looking guy ( btw... nice dancing skills). So I started searching "Dragon Con 2012" ("dragon con 2012 hot guy" didn't work that well :D ) on DA to figure out what cosplay you are doing and who you are and after hours of scrolling down (due to my super slow, almost non existing internet) I finally found you :happybounce: yay! And all this for telling you: I love your cosplay and in case I'll ever make it to a dragon con in the next few years just be there so I can dance with (or just stare at you) :aww:

so I guess its up to me then ;-) What are you going to wear this year since your armor is on sale? At least I'll be (hopefully) studying a semester abroad in Wyoming or South Dakota this year (aug - dez). Still thousands of miles away from Georgia but hey, I am on the same continent :happybounce: But as far as I heard it's already a bit to late to sign in for the Dragon Con and a hotel near the convention this year, is that true?

Well, glad I didn't creep you out completely ;-) (because yes, I was really proud of my investigative skills I discovered that night lol) :D

Though the host hotels are booked up, the surrounding hotels probably still have vacancy. It's never too late to get a Dragon*Con membership pass though, you could literally show up during the convention and buy a membership pass.

You know, I've actually sold BOTH my armors from 2012 already! I've begun work on 2 new costumes for D*Con 2013 though. One is the Phoenix Armor from the first Mass Effect game and the other costume is a Killer Marauder from the game Borderlands 2. I'll post some WIP pics on here soon.

I'm like...99% sure I saw you in a Dragon*Con video with this. Punched a guy and got a renegade screen lol. Anyway, really nice build here. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else do a straight Alliance Marine kit, so kudos for doing something new. The battle damage looks legit.
